These two photos of the intersection of Main and PCH were taken from about the same spot. The first was taken about 1910. A Pacific Electric "Red Car" is stopped on the far right. Note that Obarr's Pharmacy (later Jack's) wouldn't be built for another five years.
I took the lower photo this afternoon. At the far left, you can see a corner of the 1905 Huntington Beach Co. building (now El Don Liquor) which also became H.B.'s first movie theater in 1910.

The two-time NFL Most Valuable Player was photographed for a men's magazine cradling a goat in his arms and caught at carnival in Brazil sporting a ponytail — looks more in line with UGG's old demographic than the new one it is trying to court.
